James Marshall, Chief Executive Officer, has more than 20 years of multidisciplinary achievement in both public company and private equity environments, directing the efforts of large, branch-based businesses with P&Ls of up to $1B in revenue and $250MM in EBITDA. With a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement, James offers our customers his proven, hands-on leadership style and his in-depth knowledge of recruiting, building, developing and motivating high-performance teams.
Prior to joining Greenrise James served as COO at Liquid Environmental Services, overseeing the sales, customer service, and liquid waste collection and treatment plant operations across the country. He is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management, and Marketing & Operations Management, and currently resides outside Philadelphia with his wife Chris and two daughters, Reese and Sloane.
Scott McGaughy
President and Founder
Scott McGaughy, President and Founder, attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Aerospace. Scott loves to fly. It is this systematic approach of aircraft and propulsions that also led him to a deep respect and love of nature and the balance that lies within it. Whether on a roof or at grade, to be able to restore the balance in nature through a systematic approach brings him Scott great joy. He resides in Murfreesboro, TN, with his wife Michelle, and their two children, Brennan and Reilly.
Andrew Little
Chief Operating Officer
Andrew Little, Chief Operating Officer, holds a Business Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. A former officer in the U.S. Air Force and a Fortune 500 Divisional VP, he has spent the past two decades successfully managing large-scale commercial and residential operations across the U.S. Andy and his wife, Jenni reside in Houston, TX, with their two children, Abigail and Jackson. He spends his free time enjoying the outdoors and his teenage kids’ activities.

Senior VP
David Buck, Senior VP, holds a bachelor’s degree from Cumberland University, and a Masters in Accounting from Belmont University (Nashville, TN). David is also a Licensed Commercial General Contractor and spent years working with large commercial construction companies. David is a lifelong fan of UT football (Go Vols!) and makes frequent weekend trips to Knoxville during the Fall. He currently resides in Hendersonville, Tennessee, with his wife Angie and their two children, Riley and Addison.
Megan Ray Mannino
VP Human Resources
Megan Mannino, Vice President of Human Resources, attended Freed-Hardeman University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education. Since graduating, Megan has worked in the Human Resources field within a variety of industries. She believes in the importance of a “Human-Centered” culture, values cross-departmental relationships, strives for cohesiveness across all functions and enjoys implementing systems and processes. Throughout her career she has established and re-built many HR processes, systems, teams and procedures. Megan enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, football season and working out. She resides in Mount Juliet, TN, with her husband Justin, and daughter, Everlea.
