POROUS/PERMEABLE PAVING

EASY TO INSTALL. EASY TO MAINTAIN.

COMPLETE INTEGRATED SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS WITH UNMATCHED FUNCTIONALITY, PERFORMANCE AND MAINTAINABILITY.

At two to three times the cost of traditional pavements, many immediately think that this drainage option is out of line economically with conventional design. At Greenrise, we constantly challenge conventional thinking by using non-conventional methods. The same goes with permeable pavements. The objective with a permeable pavement system is to function as an inlet to filter water and distribute it into a subsurface storage system below. This rock bed slows the flow of water, extends the time of concentration, provides detention storage, and allows the water to contact the native soils, reducing the volume that leaves the site. This allows us to meet both water quality, detention and retention requirements on site, eliminating the need for catch basins, pipes, detention ponds and stormwater quality treatment devices. When you look at the total cost of a parking lot with a conventional storm sewer and compare it to a permeable pavement design, you might be surprised at the result.

WHY GREENRISE? WELL ORGANIZED. DETAIL-ORIENTED. UNMATCHED RESPONSIVENESS.

Greenrise was created from a drive to not only bring solutions for erosion and sediment control, and stormwater runoff treatment, but to do it with the best products like certified bioretention soil and proven erosion solutions, and services like SWPPP management and vegetated roof design. This was our goal from the start, and it is still what pushes us forward every day.
